Installation Note
Please ensure your keyboard is connected via the provided USB-C cable during the firmware update process. Do not unplug the device while updating.

Address & Destinations
Address Accuracy
Please provide addresses in English, including street number, building number, room number, and postal code. Contact us before dispatch for changes; no modifications after shipping.
Undeliverable Regions
- Affiliated islands are generally not eligible for delivery.
- US & UK: Overseas territories, offshore islands, remote areas, and APO/FPO military addresses are excluded.
- Middle East: PO BOX addresses are not eligible (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon).
- Other Regions: Specific restricted areas in South Africa, Philippines, Chile, Colombia, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea are excluded.
Duties and Import Taxes
General Policy: Due to varying customs policies, we cannot control taxes. Our product prices do not include VAT or import taxes. Please consult your local customs office for detailed information.
Tax-Inclusive Shipping: Standard Shipping via Yun Express includes taxes for most countries. However, we are not responsible for additional administrative or handling fees imposed by your local courier or customs.
Undelivered Packages
Customers are responsible for any consequences or fees incurred if a parcel is undelivered due to:
- Incorrect/insufficient address or phone number.
- Recipient being unreachable or refusing to sign.
- Opting for "no-signature delivery."
- Refusal to pay local taxes or processing fees.
- Failure to provide customs documents.
Order Assistance & Special Requirements
Customs Requirements
- Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong: Fill address in Chinese. Taiwan requires ID/Passport and Ezway app registration.
- Korea: Provide personal tax ID (P + 12 digits) and Korean name/address.
- Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Norway, Turkey, Peru, South Africa: Valid Tax ID or VOEC number required.
